How it works
  1. Deterministic baseline. Brand × vehicle-type lookup tables produce an 8-attribute spider chart in <100ms.
  2. Behavioral overlay. An LLM call interprets behavioral signals (intent picks) and adjusts the spider with reasoning — Safety bumps up for family signals, Technology for tech enthusiasts, etc.
  3. Personalized outreach. Final attributes + nodes feed a second LLM call that produces a tone-aware email / SMS / call script grounded in the customer's profile.
